Terms & Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms:
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry Requirements:
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries/claims will be deemed invalid. Entrants must provide their name, phone number, and email address to be added to the Promoter’s database.
- Verification and Disqualification:
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry/claims process or who submits an entry/claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Promotion Period:
The promotion commences on Friday, 2nd August 2024, and ends at 11:59 pm AWST on Monday, 5th August 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
- Competition Draw:
The competition will be drawn on Monday, 5th August 2024, and the winner will be announced by email and social media.
- Prize Forfeiture:
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
- Prize Substitution:
If any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- Personal Information:
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers, and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
- Use of Entrant’s Information:
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further remuneration or reference for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and promoting any products/services manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- Offer Conditions:
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale. This offer can only be redeemed on full-priced items at Tyrepower WA.
- Proof of Win:
Winners must retain their scratch card as proof of their win. Failure to present the winning scratch card when claiming a prize will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
